As CEO of BVCJ Co., Ltd., provides consulting services including valuations of stock acquisition rights, classified shares, and stock options. Has been the principal analyst for over 500 valuations of businesses, business interests, and nonperforming loans in virtually every industry and business sector. A frequent speaker on corporate finance and restructuring, is also a published author in professional journals. |
